Based on the number of tests in each region, the number of positive tests, and the severity of the symptoms, we calculate where the tests are effective and develop a distribution plan. Efficient resource allocation is important when it comes to moving goods over the Internet instead of moving people in the future. It can also be applied to this efficient resource allocation issue.
