Applications

Researchers of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology have monitored the CO2 level and crowd density of 5 stadiums of J. League Games using several sensor devices, including high-resolution cameras and CO2 detectors. They reported the second measurement results of their monitoring that focused on the CO2 level, population density, and sound pressure in the player waiting rooms and staff rooms of FC Imabari, Montedio Yamagata, Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo, Kawasaki Frontale, and Kashiwa Reysol.
These results are expected to contribute to making guidelines for reducing the risk of contracting COVID-19 for organizing sports events.
