By actual GPS-based data of nation-wide human mobility in Japan, we make a transmission model to forecast how the corona virus spreads depending on population density. The transmission simulation allows us to predict changes in the number of infected people in each area. Furthermore, we will demonstrate the effectiveness of interventions such as mask-wearing and gargling, mobility restrictions such as school closures and work-from-home solutions, to reduce the probability of the infection spread.
