It is pointed out that during emergencies, such as disasters and infectious disease epidemics, discrimination and prejudice against outside groups may increase. This study collects data on the online news forum to examine whether discrimination and prejudice are occurring or not. Sentiment and moral analysis is done by AI (machine learning) technologies.
