In the most of SARS-2-CoV proteins, their tertiary structures have not been determined yet. Many reseachers thus use low-quality prediction models for such proteins. Protein structure predition community collects high quality structure models from internationl research groups and add the assessment information to them. Our group participates the activity and provide reliable assessment infromation using deep neural netwroks.
