In our project at PRISM, we have developed knowledge acquisition techniques from articles on lung diseases. The aim is to further develop these techniques and acquire knowledge from COVID-19 related articles. In particular, we will develop techniques for extracting entities such as phenotypes and proteins mentioned in the articles, as well as for extracting relationships between them.
